Hi! My name is Sharon Giddens and I’m a dedicated and experienced real estate professional serving the Gainesville area and all other surrounding areas in the great state of Florida. With 20 years of expertise in the industry, I’m committed to providing exceptional service and delivering outstanding results for all my clients.

I started my real estate career back in 2004 when I started working for a local builder where we built homes in several up-and-coming subdivisions. Most of our homes were custom so I had the privilege of working with our customers one on one allowing us to bring their vision to life. This is where I fell in love with real estate and helping families in their real estate journey.

In the 20 years of my career, I have also managed an apartment complex with over 255 apartments. I was in charge of the staff, overseeing all operations and ensuring the smooth running of the community in a fast paced environment. I learned that I love challenges and every problem has a solution. It's where I learned the value of customer service. I then branched out and became a property manager for a real estate company where we managed over 400 individual homes for our clients. In 2015 I decided to put my focus back into real estate full time where I enjoy working with my past clients, new clients and clients that turn into long lasting friendships.
